Cancellations

I do my best to get all orders out on the same day and because of that, once an order is placed, I don't accept cancellations.

Returns

All of my products are handmade and one of a kind, so you're getting something that no one else has. Therefore, I don't accept any returns, but if you're not satisfied with what you ordered, please email me (sweetsarahsscents@gmail.com) and we'll figure something out.

All orders are shipped via USPS

Once your order(s) is shipped out, it's in the hands of the USPS. If an order should be delayed by 15+ days, please fill out this Missing Mail Search Request form and USPS will assist you in tracking it down (I've tried and it works!).
